Exit Process is a sub function


of SSHR module which
ensures smooth transition by
timely and accurate
completion of various
activities related to the
Employee Separation.

Ensure central, updated and accurate
database for all exit employees.
Employee Initiated Exit
The Employee initiated exit process will
have following processes:
Submission of the Resignation by the
Employee
Updating the Actual Last Working Date
and the Leaving Reason by the Employee
Approval from the Reporting Manager
Employee Initiated Exit
Normal Cases

Employee Logs Exit case with the


following details Leaving
Reason, LWD, Notified Date and
Comments.
