Our company provides online matchmaking services through our
online dating site suit.com and it was developed last year ie in year
2016 by Kiran Sarkar and group the company is running well with its
high rate of growth and craze among the users and it turns out that
the company is having a good success rate around 39% in placing our

somewhat nervous in using dating site. The younger crowd is looking

our company tries to mainly provide it services to remote customers
who are not able to get themselves a partner. eg- a mining engineer
working in remote area of Jharkhand.
By showing our customers profile of different matches according to
their needs which we obtain by our survey to help them find a perfect

Kiss.com, hitch.com are two of our main competitor and they have
taken the business model of paper based system but they soon
realizes the need of online service and started to provide their
services online just to optimize their profit. This companies are
traditional one.
Sales and price
Our companys sales strategy is based on capturing large no of
customers of first time user of our services . We are quite confident
about it as we provide a user friendly interface such that our business
can grow from our existing clients to people that have no connection
to suit . Also suit has adopted the marketing strategy of providing
referral credits to customers on bringing new clients . Besides in order
to attract new customers suit put forward lots of new offers say giving
30% discount on new signup and also it attracts customers by
providing 7 days free trial in order to compete with others.
MANAGEMENT SUMMARY
Kiran Sarkar has completed his b.tech in computer science from IIT
Kharagpur and also done his m.tech from there and after completion
of his post graduation he worked with google for 3 years.
After working 3 years with google he resigned the job and came out
of his comfortzone and develop this company suit with his team.
