Greetings!

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to a conference meeting with our school
counselor Ms. Ann D. Yap on November 20, 2014; 8:00 a.m. at the school office.

This is in relation to the counseling session of your daughter, Ms. CHARMAGNE LAIRE BUGAS,
with regards to several incidences where she has failed to follow school policy as noted by her
supervisor and the school security guard. Full details will be discussed during the conference. We
would like to work with you, the parent/guardian, to set standards and possible corrective
actions for your student so that she may develop a more positive attitude and abide with school
policies for the remainder of the academic year.
