 REWARDS:
Individual:

Good Phone Call Home

I will call home for acts of good
behavior, accomplishments, and
random acts of kindness.

Special Seats
I will allow students to sit wherever
they like, such as on the rug, bean
bag chairs, etc. when they are
reading a book.

Longer Recess
Students who finish their work
early may have an extra 5-10
minutes of recess.

Play Games
When students are done with their
task, they can play educational
games on the computer or play
board games.

Lunch with Teacher

Some students get to eat their
lunch with the teacher.

Afternoon Reading
The teacher will read a book at
the end of the day with lots of
fun and enthusiasm.

Movie Day
At the end of the day, the
students get to relax and watch a
G-Rated movie.

Fun Friday
At the end of the day on Friday,
the students are free to do what
they like.
(Ex. play computer games, talking
quietly, arts and crafts, etc.)

 DOCUMENTATION

o There will be a consequence key on the back of the

behavior chart.

o Each student will have a behavior chart and will color

the appropriate consequence he/she received on that
day.

o By the end of the month, a parent will need to sign

the chart, and the student will turn it in and receive
next months behavior chart.
