 In the company the
fabrication are produced
in its father concern. But
they are not bothering
about but they are
responsible for that
working.
 They used such kinds
yarns from the textiles and
produced the fabric Kada
like cloths and they
produced rolls in such
diameters and they
calculate with measure of

The pattern masters are
first asked to develop
the cutting style
according to the orders
given by the knowledge
of buyers. The cutting
masters are given the
work to cut with the
help of style prepared
by the pattern master.
Thus the fabricated
cloths are made in to
prepared cloth for the
stitching process.
After the cutting has
been completed the
stitching was the work
made. There are there
type of machines
worked under the
stitching they are:
 Over lock
 Flat lock
 Tailoring
 This work needs only
two workers to do it.
It is an easy job to
do. This process
consists of making a
hole in the stitched
cloth and stitching a
button which fit into
the hole and thus full
fledged garments is
made.
The above function
has been completed
the garments goes to
checking section for
the checking females

employed. CTC oil are
used for checking and
patched with the aero
gun and such ancient
times they used bottles
with a tied manner.
After finishing the
checking the
garments goes to
ironing shape will fold
on the given pattern.
The boxes are pedal
iron box, small Philips
iron box (they are in
aero and steam
model) the labs do
their work for piece
rate mainly and also in
shift rates.
At last all the steps of
production the final or
ultimate action is being
packing finished garments
been packed according to
the style of the order. They
are mostly in single packing.
The tags are punched in the
labels as size sticker is used
originally at that same time.
The board or tissue papers
are fitted to fold the peiece
(tag are 6.30 pm, 30 mm and
half size also used) needle
air guns are used to fit the
tag.
 Exporting units maintaining quality and also to
have greater control over the production
process, the portion of work subcontracted
gradually declines.
 Demand for garments of standards such as
basic T-shirts produced for exports is not large
enough in the domestic market which could
induce larger investments or new start ups at
the higher scale.
 The Government needs to take a planned
policy decision to close down non-competitive
manufacturing units.
 Labour intensive process and requires
thorough checking of every piece
 Poor reproducibility of shades
 Special care in the selection of fittings.
 Lower twist can be employed in doubling,
to improve the strength of yarn.
 The government should encourage the
exporters to participate in foreign trade fairs
and exhibitions.
