Visionary Leadership Style ?

The leader is inspiring in vision, and helps others to see how they can
contribute to this vision; allowing the leader and followers to move
together towards a shared view of the future.
● One of the most vital components to achieve long-term success.
● Provide freedom for employees to assist in the development of the
vision.

1. Inspiration- How does a leader tap into emotions.


2. Emotionally Intelligent- Must be aware of his/hers and the emotions of others.
3. Open Minded-The ability to see the bigger picture.
4. Imaginative- The ability to dream and see beyond the current situation.
5. Resolute- The ability to face adversity.
6. Persistent- The ability to stay consistent through difficulties.
7. Collaborative-The ability to work together to create solutions.
8. Bold-The ability to be daring and take risk.
9. Magnetic - The ability to attract talent and bring the best out of people.
10. Optimistic- The ability to stay hopeful to achieve success.

learning, creativity and relationships to share and achieve a common goal.
