 TheDebate has two sides the affirmative and

the Negative Side.

 Each team shall be composed of 4 Debaters,
the first Speaker, the Second Speaker the
Third Speaker and the Whip.
 Each Debater is given 5 minutes to present
their arguments per side whether it is the
Necessity, Beneficiality or Practicability of the
Proposition.
 Each Debater shall be given 1 Minute for the
interpellation or cross examination, and take
note only Categorical Questions may be
asked.
 Each Adjudicator may ask only one question
for each speaker within that speaker’s time
limit.
 TheChief Adjudicator Rules in case of a tie,
objections or contestations.
 TheJudges Total Scores shall determine the
Best Speaker and the Winner for this Debate.
 TheBest Debater shall be decided upon the
adjudicators themselves.
 The judge’s decision is final and irrevocable.
