• Trend Controls manufacture a range of Building Energy Management Systems
• Building Energy Management Systems (or BEMS) are systems that help control a buildings
technical services, heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, HVAC.
• A BEMS will manage, control and monitor the building technical services.
• This ensures environmental requirements, temperature, ventilation and air conditioning are
maintained to there required conditions.
• By controlling the technical services we will determine the energy consumption of these devices
within the building.
• BEMS will provide the information and the tools that building managers need both to control and
enhance their buildings environmental conditions and understand and improve the energy usage of
their buildings
