TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION
BUILDING PERMIT
the written authorization granted by a
building official to an applicant
allowing him to proceed with the
construction of a specific project
after plans, specifications, and other
pertinent documents have been

1096 and its IRR

EXEMPTIONS
MINOR CONSTRUCTIONS

EXEMPTIONS
REPAIR WORKS

1. repair works not affecting or involving


structural member, such as replacement of
deteriorated roofing sheets or tiles, gutters,
downspouts, fascias, ceilings and/or sidings.

partition walls
repair and/or replacement of any interior portion
or a house not involving addition or alteration

fittings or piping, such as toilet bowls, sinks,

single detached dwellings and duplexes.

APPLICATION FOR PERMITS
any person desiring to obtain a building permit
and any ancillary/accessory permit/s together with
a Building Permit shall file application/s therefor on
the prescribed application forms

Registry of Deeds

In case the applicant is not the registered
owner of the lot:

ISSUANCE OF BUILDING
PERMITS

The Building Official may issue a permit for


the construction of only a part or portion
of a building/structure whenever the plans
and specifications submitted together
with the application do not cover the
entire building/structure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

B. INTERIOR WALL AND CEILING FINISHES
