STANJAN Example 1

Consider a constant-volume combustion process of CH4 and air at stoichiometric


condition. Initially, reactants are at 25C and 1 atm.

CH4 + 2(O2+3.773N2) => aCO2 + bH2O + cN2


Determine the adiabatic flame temperature using STANJAN.
