 The Emergency Room (ER) is also known as

“Emergency Department”. The emergency
department of a hospital is basically responsible to
facilitate the patients with initial medication at the
time of arriving at hospital.
 Definition

 The Emergency Room can also be defined as an area

of a facility that is comprised of an organized system
of emergency care, staffed by the physicians, and
medicine specialists.
 Purpose of ER

 The main purpose of ER is

 to, diagnose, and provide an initial treatment to the patients in
