Our plans:  Upon completion of the Vysotsk Terminal (located near St.
Petersburg) scheduled to be finished in the last quarter of 2003,
800,000 to 1.2 million barrels of refined product will be made
available to Getty. This new supply point will contribute substantial
contributors to Getty's earnings.
 Upon completion of Timan-Pechora and its associated refinery, to
deliver gasoline to the United States East Coast (Possible profit
margins increase by 18 to 20%)
 The acquisition of GPM is expected to be the beginning of a
significant expansion in the eastern U.S. retail market
