lifestyle?
Fajr is the best time to wake up and start up your day actively
and dynamically.

Our messenger, Muhammad, peace be upon him, said
that:

»‫«اللهم بارك لمتي في بكورها‬
In the meaning of: O’ ALLAH, you may bless my nation
in their early times.
Fajr is the time in which cortisone hormone increases…

and muscular activities.

At Fajr, Ozone is at its highest level that have useful

effects on nervous system and psychological feelings.
So, as you wake up early, as you will have
more time and effort to do your different
activities… this is what is called Baraka.
You can support your day by reading verses of the Holy
Koran at this quiet time.

Praying and Koran will build your most basic

relationship; i. e. your relation with your God.
Next, it will be the time for contacting people around
you.

home. So, you, as a Muslim, should contact them with
good morals and care.

So, Participate and Cooperate in preparing food for all of
you; this is one of your duties.
Muslim’s foods and drink must be all of Halal items.

Halal is the useful and fruitful items, so it includes a very

wide area of foods and drinks. ALLAH, the Almighty,
said that:
‫أ‬ َ َ َ ْ ُ ْ َ َ ُ َ ُ َ َ َّ ُ ُ َ ُّ ُ َ
157‫» العراف‬....‫ات ويح ِرم علي ِهم الخبا ِئث‬

suitable for this OUT. Your clothes must protect you
and express yourself in a right way.
Clothes have to be wide enough to cancel any factor of
negative body language….

They have to be according to the Islamic law for both

male and female.
Then you’ll be at your study or work …. You have to
take it seriously because ALLAH orders us to work hard
in a proficient way.

Among this dynamic state, You will deal with:
 People
 Tools
 Environment
So, you have the main system which includes:
 Rights
 Duties
Islamic behavior motivates persons to apply this main
system to all components they deal with.

That is to be fair with any of the dealing components

and to avoid unfairness.
During your study or work day, the The time of the Noon
Prayer ( Al Zhuhr) and Afternoon Prayer (Al ‘Asr) will
come.

Each prayer time has certain reaction with human body,

where there are different biochemical and hormonal levels
in each that regulate the human effort.
If you label your day with the prayer time, you will be
able to organize your activities in between of them.

You can choose your suitable activities according to

your body biology along the day.
Islamic behavior in eating is to eat when you are hungry
and not to over fill your stomach with food.

This style of eating will keep you healthy and active.

You may spend time outdoor in your city with your family,
relatives, or friends.
You may visit a sick person.
You may support people in their crisis situations.
You may search for people needs and help them.
You may learn another skills and teach others what you have.
You should put your intention (Neya) to satisfy ALLAH, for the
sake of ALLAH, or to approach to ALLAH…. etc. This will work
as a solid base for all of your actions.

If you do so, you will gain a large number of Hasanat; this is a

trade with ALLAH, the Almighty.
When you return to home, it mat be the Time of the Sunset
Prayer (Al Maghrib), in which melatonin starts secretion for
good night’s sleep.

It says that you have to choose the suitable tasks to do in this

time.
At The Time of The Night Prayer (Al ‘Isha’)
This is a transfer from the active state to the rest state, in which
all hormonal system are prepared to keep your body safe and
secure for later day from your current day.
In all time, Muslim person keeps his tongue with
Zikr of ALLAH, and acts in calm and balanced
manner.
One Christian people has said about Islam:
Islam teaches people to be moderate in their lives, not leaning toward one
extreme or another. Muslims pray and seek guidance from God, but they
also tend to mundane matters of life. They pray during the night, but they
also have time to sleep and get a good night's rest. Muslims spend time in
fasting, but they also eat. There is no monasticism in Islam; balance and
moderation are key.
They help their neighbors and the poor, they work hard to take care of their
families, and they turn to God for guidance and mercy throughout the day.
