A mutual fund pools the money of people With similar
investment goals. The money in turn is invested in various
securities Depending on the objectives of the mutual fund
Scheme And the profits (or losses) are shared among the
investors in proportion to their investment.
Objective of the study

 To study the level of awareness of Mutual fund

 To analyze the perception Of investors towards mutual
funds.
 To study the factors considered by the investors And
those which ultimately influence Him while investing
 To determine the type of mutual fund Investor prefers
the most
Scope of the study

1. To understand the risk taking ability of different investors according to their

age, salary, and dependents.
2. The study dealt with studying the awareness of mutual funds
3. Understand the benefits of investing in mutual Funds over other forms of
investments.
4. Portfolio of Mutual Funds.
