 Raw Material Transaction

From where Brik Kiln owner is purchasing Sand (Miti) etc. Name of Landlord, location
name and address etc. can be maintained.
Which vehicles are used to carry sand.
Which JCB is used for Loading/Unloading.
How much feet of sand is carried and where it is unloaded. With this, report of Sand
carried in specific date range can be generated easily.

 Pathai Process
We can create ledgers of individual pathers and can define how much amount we have to pay them per 1000 bricks or tiles
they make.
We can create the ledger of agents of pathers and can define the commission amount payable to them per 1000 of bricks
or tiles manufactured by their labor.
We can map the Agent name of pathers while creating ledgers of pathers, by this commission of Pather agents (also called
Zamadar) will be calculated automatically.
We can generate reporting for any date range that how much work is done by particular pather, how many bricks made by
that pather have been carried by Dhuai labor, how many bricks are pending which are yet to be carried, how much amount is
payable to pather, how much we have paid and what is his/her outstanding Balance.
Pamayash (Khraba) entry of pather can also be made in software.

Ledgers of Carriers (Dhuai Labor) can be created in the same way as we have created ledger of pather. We
can define how much amount we will pay them per 1000 bricks or tiles carried by them and can also
create charges as per location of Dhuai.
We can create agents of Dhuai Labor and can define commission amount payable to them per 1000
bricks or tiles.
Option is given in software to deduct KAT of Dhuai Labor.
Numerous reports can be generated like Date wise Kachi Bharai register, Carriers wise date wise Kachai
Bharai report etc.
Agent Wise Labor Report can also be generated easily.
