South and London. Each consists of 7 regions.


 If any BTS site in UK goes faulty, alarm is
raised and corresponding ticket is created by
front office(FO).
 Each ticket has NOC Reference ID.
 In Vodafone we have four priorities and their
SLA(Service Level Agreement) are:
 P1 5 hrs
 P2 20 hrs
 P3 61 hrs
 P4 27 days
 WFM(Work Force Management) tool used to
efficient planning.

 Tom Tom is a tool used to check the nearest engineer
for high priority.

 MITIE: facilities( lock issues)
 MEWP: Cherry picker
