estudos visando descobrir
estratégias para
diminuição de doenças
usando esse controle.
⊷ Sendo em países

controle biológico ele
ainda é impopular na
prática.

indisponíveis no mercado.

1. Uso de
antagonistas
para controlar
patógenos que
afetam frutos
após a colheita
 ⊷ Nós últimos 20 anos
ouve ênfase em
pesquisas envolvendo
métodos alternativos
para a fabricação de
fungicidas biológicos
para controle de
doenças que ocorrem
em frutas após a
colheita.
⊷ O biocontrole é
desejado em sistemas

 ⊷ Essa demanda existe
devido as restrições de
usos de agroquímicos
em frutas.

 ⊷ Basicamente,
existem duas
abordagens
para a utilização
de agentes
microbianos no
biocontrole de
doenças de pós-
colheita:
1. Uso de microrganismos já existente
naturalmente no próprio produto
(superfície de frutos e vegetais), podem
ser isoladas multiplicadas e
reintroduzidas de maneira controlada;

2. Introdução artificial de microrganismos

antagonistas dos patógenos.

 RELEMBRANDO:
⊷ Antagonista é empregado
para designar agentes
biológicos com potencial
para interferir nos
processos vitais dos
fitopatógenos, estando
estas raças ou espécies
adaptadas ecologicamente

ser usados na pré-
colheita ou/e pós-
colheita.

pré-colheita, procura-
se pré-colonizar a
superfície dos frutos
com o antagonista

provocadas durante a
colheita e/ou o
transporte, sejam

controle biológico o potencial
antagonista deve conter:
