Recent decisions of the Govt. after agitation

• Adoption of PAP model not mandatory for 2017-18.


• All development works of FY 2018-19 to be entered in e-Panchayat.
• Provision of cash-in-hand of Rs. 25,000/- will continue.
• Labour payment to be made using contra voucher or payment voucher of
PRIASoft.
• No Bank accounts will be sealed due to bank linkage.
• Tablets with Rs. 500/- for internet connection will be provided to all Gram
Panchayats.
• Helpdesk will be set up at State HQ
• Financial assistance will be provided to GP for data entry.
• VLEs could be replaced on the request of Sarpanch through DDPO.
• A team of Sarpanch, Gram Sachiv from each district will be constituted for
modelling of e-Panchayat.
Capacity Building & Training efforts
 Out of 1606 Gram Sachivs, 1102 attended the one-day training programme
on PES applications under e-Panchayat MMP conducted between 4th-6th
April 2018 and 9th-11th April 2018.

Way Forward
o One-day district level workshop of all Sarpanches shall be organized in
each district on convergence model of e-Panchayat.
o A temporary e-Panchayat lab shall be setup at District level, with proper IT
Infrastructure and good internet speed for purpose of data entry in PES.
o Data entry schedule of Gram Sachivs and JEs shall be prepared and duly
trained VLEs cum DEOs and Saksham Yuvas shall be leveraged for data entry
in PES applications.
o All SEs and XENs to direct JEs and SDOs under their jurisdiction to ensure
uploading of all technical estimates of development works taken up by the
Gram Panchayat in Action Soft for FY 2017-18.
o All DDPOs and BDPOs to direct Gram Sachivs to complete the cashbook and
ensure yearbook closure in PRIASoft for FY 2017-18 by 31st May 2018.
