RIWAYAT PENYAKIT SEKARANG

• pasien datang dengan keluhan sulit tidur sejak 5 hari smrs.
• tertidur sekitar 2 sampai 3 jam
• Pada saat tidak dapat tidur pasien biasanya berbaring atau menonton
tv.

• Pasien mengaku merasa tertekan sedih

• Pasien juga merasa putus asa dan tidak bersemangat serta menarik
diri dari dari aktivitas social
• pasien merasa tidak nafsu makan biasanya pasien hanya makan 1
kali dalam 2 hari
• Pasien merasa putus asa saat ini tapi pasien tidak berpikir untuk
bunuh diri.
 • Pasien juga mengeluhkan kepala terasa pusing sejak 3 hari.
• Disertai keluhan jantung berdebar.

• Pasien terus memikirkan hubungannya dengan suami.

• Pasien mengatakan suami pasien akan menceraikannya karena
pasien sering sakit – sakitan.

• Pasien sekarang sudah tidak mengkonsumsi obat sejak 7 hari

SMRS. Karena menurut pasien setelah meminum obat dari poli
jiwa pasien menjadi lemes serta jantung berdebar-debar.
• Pasien mengaku tidak mengalami kejang lagi. .
