I will handle all cases under arbitration aside from the civil and criminal cases. The remaining legal
officers will handle all civil and criminal cases. I will be supervising personally both the main office and
the satellite office.

TIMELINE OF COMPLETION

 Feasibility study for Bacolod Courts – 1 month (June1-30)


 Amendment of the PN – By the end of May
 Establishment of the Central office – 4 months
 Looking for pool of lawyers – 4 months
 Full operation of the central office – 2019 onwards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF
DEPARTMENT LEGAL HEAD

 Supervise the progress of the cases handled by the legal officers


 Monitor the movement of cases and conduct legal strategies to
address various legal problems
 Review contracts submitted by top management and conduct
legal consultation for all branches.
 Personally handle sensitive cases as directed by the top
management
 Personally handle all arbitration cases filed by all the branches.
 Over – all supervision of all the legal matters of FSFC
QUALIFICATIONS OF LEGAL OFFICER

 He/she must be a bona fide member of the Philippine Bar


 Specializes in various practice of law such as but not limited to
civil, criminal, corporation and taxation law.
 No minimum number of years in the practice of law so long as
he/she is a lawyer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF
LEGAL OFFICERS

 Legal officer will handle all cases forwarded by the branches


whether civil, criminal or arbitration.
 Legal officer shall have the authority to review contracts subject
to supervision and review by the corporate legal officer.
QUALIFICATIONS OF LEGAL CLERKS

 He/she must be a graduate of the college of law or at least be a


law student.
 Excellent skills in Microsoft office, excel and power point
presentation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF
LEGAL CLERK

 Legal clerk will be responsible for the consolidation of all reports


required to be submitted by the top management
 Legal clerk shall be responsible for the drafting of all complaints
subject to review by the legal officer and final review by legal
department head
 Legal clerks shall monitor the progress of all cases under the legal
department.
