during the Pre-Oral
Examination For every 28 students in Cabuynan Elementary School,
there is one identified non-reader.

METHODS

Each teacher had their own methodology in


teaching the non-readers how to read.

Teachers were given the freedom to use their own


methodology in tutoring the non-readers.

- PVOSBM (mastery) x,y,z with pictures using MTBLE

- Blending of sounds using the Fuller Technique

- Take-home activities

- Sessions were held every Saturday, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.


(4x a month)

- Month of July that the child was able to read.

- Teacher demonstrates the correct sound that the pupil
