INTRODUCTION
System Definition Call Management System for DMS Electronics Private Limited.
Objective of the system
To create a Windows based system using JAVA programming language and MySQL server database to hold the data of call logs and monitor and manage the activities. EXISTING SYSTEM The existing system is a manual one in which users are maintaining ledgers, Log Books to store the information like Job logging, assigning technical persona to the sites, Etc. It is very difficult to maintain historical data. Also regular investments need to purchase stationary every year.

PROPOSED SYSTEM The new system titled “Call Management System is hence proposed to remove all the problems in the existing system discussed above.
Proposed system is a software application which
