How can we procedure academic
misconduct?
Be alert to Academic Misconduct.
Relay information to the program.
Report to the Chair.
Conduct an investigation and complete the
Academic Misconduct Form.
The chair meet with the student.

If Academic Misconduct has occurred.
The following action will be taken:
a. No further action will be taken, and no record will be kept;
b. A written reprimand will be issued to the Student. The Chair
contact the Registrar Office to determine whether the Student
has a history of Academic Misconduct.
c. The Chair may choose to take further action, in addition to
the required written reprimand.
