• Fluctuating sensorineural hearing loss • Tinitus • Aural fullness • Etiologi: – Idopathic – Endolymphatic hydrops – Periodic ruptures of the membranous labyrinth • Clinical manifestations – Recurrent spontaneous attacks of vertigo, associated with nausea and vomiting – Lateralized low-frequncy hearing loss – Tinnitus – Aural fullness • Diagnosis: – Definite • Has two or more spontaneous attacks of vertigo • Hearing loss documented by pure-tone audiogram on at least one occasion • Tinnitus or auralfullness on the affected side – Probable • Has two or more spontaneous attacks of vertigo with unilateral hearing loss, tinnitus, and aural fullness at the same time • DD – Vestibular neuritis – Migrainous vertigo – Autoimmunner ear disease • Management – Sodium restriction – Andolymphatic sac surgery – Selective vestibular neurectomy – Surgical labyrinthectomy – Coclear implantation
