Leave Management Overview

Defining Leave Types (Like EL, CL, SL and etc,)

Defining Leave Policy based on employee status (like for permanent, probation and trainee)

Updating Leave Opening Balance for all employees based on leave type

Leave Plan - Planning to take leave in advance

Leave Requisition – Based on Leave Plan or Ad hoc Leave requisition done by employee

Work Delegation – Assigning the work of employee who has requested for leave to other team members

Group Leave – Issuing the leave in bulk (for multiple employees)

Leave Issue – Issuing / Approving the requested leaves

Leave Encashment Requisition – Based on the Leave Policy employee can request for the leave encashment and
the approval will be happen

Leave Encashment – based on the approval of Leave encashment the value will be calculated for the approved
days and the effective month for the payment also captured against a particular salary head
