 The following are the solutions implemented according to the
identified priority improvement areas in Araling Panlipunan:
Project SULAT – this intervention was realized to fill in the gap
in the learning process of the students. The following were
identified as the root cause of the learning gaps:
 No Available Reading Materials
 Confusing Lecture Sessions
AP Success Corner (For Visual Management) – this
intervention was made to visually present to the students their
accomplishments per competency. This resulted to a
remarkable enthusiasm of the students towards learning in AP
7 as reflected in their increased mps in the 4th Quarter. This
intervention is rooted from the following:
 Inaccessible data of accomplishments/performance
 Visual inadequacy
 The following are the solutions implemented according to the
identified priority improvement areas in Araling Panlipunan:
Heroes’ Boxes (For Mistake Proofing)– This innovation was
made to create the students’ feeling of ownership of questions
they personally made for mastery in Araling Panlipunan 7.
Everyday, students were able to access the questions they
created in the Heroes’ Boxes. Please note that the questions
were reviewed first by the assigned AP teacher before they
were dropped inside the boxes. This is the answer to the
following root cause of learning gap:
 Confusing questions in the examinations
