world to have a Crotonville learning experience everywhere and not just in
Crotonville.

• Primary and secondary research about emerging markets needs to summarized and added in the program
• Various leadership, senior employees, and subject matter experts’ views of different leadership styles needs to
be incorporated and the modules should be macro-economic in nature to obtain alignment among various
countries
• There are differences in the needs and wants of the emerging markets and thus changes in decision criteria
and processes involved should be added to the program
• External consultation with leading B-schools of emerging markets should be done to develop a holistic business
training module
• Resource are limited and thus various methods to access and utilize resources should be made part of the
program to help new and future leaders be agile
• Advantages of networking for a Multinational in a globalized world needs to explained and imbedded in the
program
