Process:
- The heat of the welding arc causes the electrode and work
pieces to melt and flow into the cavity between the parts being
welded together

Process:
- In relation with the ascending rate of the weld pool volume, the
welding nozzle and the copper Shoes are pulled upwards.
-- This molten metal solidifies from the bottom up, joining the
parts being welded together.

-By the increase of the welding speed, the dwell times of weld
adjacent regions above critical temperatures and thus the
brittleness effects are significantly reduced.

Process:
- Additional flux is added until the molten slag reaching the tip of
the electrode, extinguishes the arc
- The temperature of the slag bath must always exceed the melting
temperature of the metal.

Process:
- The metal work pieces and the filler metal are then melted
using the electrical resistance of the molten slag to cause
coalescence
- The wire and tube then move up along the work piece
while a CU shoe is used to keep the weld between the
plates being welded.
