getting shot in the Sri Lankan’s maritime boundary
have enraged all citizen of the state. From Tamil Nadu about 18,000 boats of different kinds conduct fishing along the India - Sri Lanka maritime border. Tamil Nadu fishermen are arrested, or shot, by the Sri Lankan Navy. In this problem will be solved by using An Intelligent Boundary Alert System (IBAS).An IBAS system induces the new methodology for saving the fishermen valuable life and their properties from the Sri Lankan’s navy. The main objective of this system is used to help the fishermen to navigate inside our maritime country border. Uses a remote Computer PC for getting control information. Location information cannot be available to PC during communication failures. Needs a PC server monitoring all time. No stand by operation of boat location sharing and control without communication. No automatic steering of boat. Needs manual monitoring of location. No external PC or any monitoring is required. Only a Radio Transmitter Beacon is enough for transmitting border signal. Automatic steering of boat during reaching of border limits. Low cost implementation. Highly reliable communication. Nuvoton w78e052ddg microcontroller. If they crossed certain limit on the sea. They have to pay the penalty or got arrested by the naval guards of the neighbor country. The project generates alarm if they cross the border by mistake. With the simple circuitry and the use of sensors (low cost sensors) makes the project a low cost product, which can be purchased even by a poor fisherman. This project is best suited for places where the fishermen continuously monitor the boundary limit. This project also aims at solving relevant social problems with the appropriate use of satellite geographical location data for through wireless networking.
