We are using a Personal Performance Map on this program in order to ensure that
you arrive on the training focused and clear on your priorities. From this Personal
Performance Map (PPM) you will create a Personal Performance Path to find your
route to success.
Fill in the PPM before you meet your manager. You and your manager will then
make sure that you have the same vision so you are working towards the same goal.
Instructions
Sit down with the Personal Performance Map and reflect on the learning goals of this
training program written in column 1. Complete your Personal Performance Map by
considering the following:
