ASM Chemical Industry (2 Rolls-Royce B) 10.2 MW

Energypac Confidence Power Venture (4GE 620) 11.2 MW

Unique Power Plant Ltd. (3&2 Rolls-Royce K&B) 27.8 MW

Samuda Power Ltd. (1 Wartsila) 8.7 MW

Everest Power Ltd. (3 Rolls-Royce B) 25.5 MW

14 RR, 4 GE & 1 W : Total 19 Nos. of Engines are running with near


100MW rated capacity everyday. (Generation depends on Customer
demand)
Activities
• Providing technical inputs in generation operation
planning, situation analysis, economic load
management.
• Effective resource utilization.
• To Ensure reliable & quality service.
• Achieve mutual Targets.
• Introduce Operation Specialty.
• Attend customer queries.
• Ensure hands on generate system reports (daily,
weekly, monthly, commentary, outages, availability,
plant performance indicator, Gen-sets performance,
customer satisfaction assessment, quality
management corrective & preventive etc),
operation/ maintenance/ troubleshooting to all
Power Plants
LOOKING BACK
• O&M by had been
started since 2005 with 10.9 MW Power
Plant.
• At Present 2010 total capacity O&M is near
100 MW.
• O&M operated Plants are engaged in
delivery power to Cement Plants, Steel
Plant, Chemical Plants, Group of Industries
& Local PBS.
Achievements
• Overall Customer Satisfactions
achieved more than 75%.
• Availability achieved for all plants
more than 98%.
• Efficient fuel management(110%+) &
Lub Oil Management (90%~100%+).
• Condition base maintenance.
• Analysis of variance makes us more
sensitive in operation.
Achievements
• Different Gas Engine ( Rolls- Royce,
GE & Wartsila) O&M Experience is
achieved by O&M TEAM.
• Resource Utilization to other Plants.
• In house trouble shooter built for each
plants.
• Discipline to all plants.
Future Plan
O&M TEAM is matured at power sector.
More than 100 Manpower is engaged in
this Team. Now time comes to take
Proactive Decision to rich the TEAM,
Process & Other activities:
• Technical audit for quality service will be
introduced soon.
• Resource utilization for O&M (Overseas),
Service Support (overseas) &
Promotional activities (O&M Employees).
Future Plan
• Special Operation & Maintenance Group
for giving service support to the existing
O&M Plants.
– Require Training on Electrical & Mechanical
activities.
• Expand O&M with New Plants like utility,
process etc.
• To Ensure reliable & quality service to
the clients.
