Visiting a shopping mall is now a days not a single
dimensional activity.
 Shopping along with friends and families gives
pleasure to a customer.
Shopping with kids is one such dimension.
 Kids are the future customer .
OBJECTIVES

To know the possible reasons behind parent’s visit to


shopping malls.
To know the other venues which parents visit with their
kids.
To know the purchasing behavior and satisfaction level of
parents who visit malls with their kids.
To measure parent's level of satisfaction after knowing
that children are learning to become consumers during
their visit to shopping mall.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Hypothesis
ho1. Customer are fully satisfied with the product of
pantaloons.
Ho2. Customer are fully loyal to pantaloons.
 Sample size - 100
Area coverage – saheed nagar, pantaloons Bhubaneswar
 Sampling method – convenience sampling.
 Sources of data collection –
Primary data – questionnaire
Secondary data – internet and different journal.

Interpretation
The average score is found to be 66.7. This implies that the
perceived effectiveness is up to 88.93%. The parents
satisfaction level is comparatively more.

CONCLUSION

Most of parents are private and govt. Employee


Most of parents spend 2000-3000/- per month for their kids
clothing because of pantaloons product quality and fashion.
Majority of parents agreed that their children learned to
accommodate while shopping.
Most of the parents are satisfied with the kids product of
pantaloons.
RECOMMENDATION

Sitting area should be there for children and old people.


Provide complimentary drinks for customers.
Billing counter should be placed on two sides at every floor
for convenience.
A trained employees has to be present at each floor to satisfy
need of customer.
 More advertisement has to be done to increase the foot fall.
