 What is SBI Company ?
 Somaliland Beverage Industry, is a manufacturing company, which produces a
variety of soft drinks, water as well as milk drinks.
Purpose of the System

 purpose of The SBI system is mostly Managing Products inside the

Store, also from the factory to the warehouse until the customer
leaves the warehouse, and also controls all activitie inside this cycle.
Problem Statements

‘’ Before this system The Company used by Manual System or Filing system to perform daily work,
these systems have had many errors and include the following…

 Less efficient & effective data management.

 To perform this, it needs more staff for recording,listing,calculating and
reporting data.
 In recording and calculating in manual system, may be there become a
mistakes.
 Take a lot of time for finding a file or a data.
 No Backup or Recovery if data lost, or if fire occurs.
 Duplicate entry, it may be possible to write data twice.

 If new Staff Comes, it takes a lot of to adjust manual and filing system and
may have been hate the work.
 No Automatic things will happen.
 High Cost For data storing like Pens,Papers,Calcularors,Files,shelf ets..
 No Data sharing.
 It needs a space, which would the company used for other important things

 No more staff, you are no longer required to have more staff at work for
calculating and reporting etc…
 No more mistakes for calculating calculasions and Occurare Work.
 Fast to find existing data.
 Backup and recovery is the solution for data losing.
 There is no Duplicate Data, Primary key is used for this system.

would be enjoyed it.
 All Automatic things will done by it self, like calculations..
 A lot of many will be save for us. No needed pens,shelf or files.
 Data sharing is simple and c.easy to share it.
 More space will be free and come out.
