 Summary of Information  1. Per above-cited reference, pleased be informed that on February 15, 2011, this Office recieved
information from Confidential Informant regarding the alleged illegal drug activities of the group of a
 certain RICO, who is allegedly involved in selling of illegal drugs, particularly COCAINE in National Capital

COPLAN  Last September 24, 2004, joint elements of SOU-3 this unit, PDEA, CIDG, PRO-7 and NBI
raided a SHABU clandestine laboratory and two other warehouses in Mandaue City which

revealed that Andy Ang and Ramon Yu (Lim) were only two of several personalities being

used by CALVIN DE JESUS TAN @ “JT”, the alleged leader of the group.

On January 29, 2010, at about 5:00 PM, joint
elements of SOU-3 PNP AIDSOTF led by PSUPT
ISMAEL G FAJARDO JR, Deputy Chief, SOU-3,
Southern Police District Office (SPDO) led by
PSUPT ADOLFO B SUMALA, Chief, DID SPDO
and Paranaque City Police Station led by its Chief
of Police, PSSUPT ALFREDO VALDEZ, under the
direct supervision of PSSUPT EDUARDO P
ACIERTO, Executive Officer/Chief, SOU-3 PNP
AIDSOTF, implemented the above cited Search
Warrant at No. 144 Concha Cruz Drive, BF Homes,
Parañaque City which resulted in the arrest of
three (3) Oriental Male persons and confiscation
of Shabu Laboratory equipments and chemicals.
