Senthil Kumar - President

Senthil started Sierra in the year 2000, he brings over 10 years of experience in
managing staffing operations and IT solutions implementation. Prior to the
current role, he was responsible for incorporating SAP systems and processes for
Reliant Energy, Bermuda Gas and Electric and Ryder Systems.
Senthil also plays an active role in managing the worldwide operations of Sierra
in India. And taking the staffing process to the next generation.
