 Manas Microsystems Pvt. Ltd. was established in the
year 1998, and has been engaged in the manufacturing of
Electromagnetic Flow Meters, Gas / Steam Flow Metering
Systems & other related process instruments in India.
 The Electromagnetic flow meter is an indigenously
developed product & has been launched in 2001. So far the
installations of this product has exceeded 6000 numbers at
various places in India & Abroad. They are used in various
applications like Water Distribution, Sewage Water
Treatment, Effluent Measurement, Slurry & other Viscous
Liquid Measurements in various public & private sectors.
The sizes available from 3/8” line to 40” line size (DN 10 to
DN 1000).

CLAMP ON TYPE ULTRASONIC FLOW METER

 Ultrasonic flow meter works on the Transit Time

or Time of Flight principle.
 The Flow meter unit utilizes two transducers
that functions as both Ultrasonic transmitter and
receiver.
 The transducers are clamped on to the outside
surface of the closed pipes.

INSERTION TYPE ULTRASONIC FLOW METER

 It works on Transit Time or Time of Flight principle.

 It utilizes two transducers that functions as both
Ultrasonic transmitter and receiver.
 The transducer is inserted in the surface of the closed
pipes.
 The transit time flow meter measures the time it takes
for an ultrasonic signal transmitted from one
transducer to cross the pipe and be received by second
transducer.

transit–time Flow meter utilizing advanced digital
processing technology. It is specifically designed where
Electric supply is not available & accurate flow
measurement is essential.

 Maintenance – free meter where no external power sources
are available.
 Self-adjusting transducer receiving circuit continually
adapts to changing pipe diameters due to scaling or
corrosion.
