Most cultures throughout the world have traditionally consumed some form
of alcoholic beverages for thousands of years, and local specialty alcoholic beverages
still account for the majority of all those that exist. In this monograph, percentage by
volume (% vol) is used to indicate the ethanol content of alcohol make in local area.
In this project, rotary evaporator was used for the separation of ethanol at
the temperature of 78 C and 60 torr. There are five branded alcohol were used for
this project such as Mandalay, Jokey, boss, A1 and home make alcohol it was made in
Ma Lat To Village. Among of these five brands, A1 is the highest content of ethanol and
Mandalay is lowest ethanol content.

Keywords : Ethanol content, five branded alcohol, lowest and highest content

 Alcoholic Beverages
Most cultures throughout the world have traditionally consumed some
form of alcoholic beverages for thousands of years, and local specialty
alcoholic beverages still account for the majority of all those that exist.

Ethanol content is very important for the mouth-feel and flavor of

alcoholic beverages. Ethanol contents of wine, liqueur, and beer
range from 7 ~ 21% (v/v), 20 ~ 50%(v/v), and 3 ~6%(v/v), respectively.

From the overall assessment of the present research work, the following
inferences can be deduced.
Drinking heavily puts people at risk for many adverse health consequences,
including alcoholism, liver damage, and various cancers. But some people
appear to be at greater risk than others for developing these problems.
In this project, rotary evaporator was used for the separation of ethanol at
the temperature of 78 C and 60 torr. There are five branded alcohol were
used for this project such as Mandalay, Jokey, boss, A1 and home make
alcohol it was made in Ma Lat To Village. Among of these five brands, A1 is
the highest content of ethanol and Mandalay is lowest ethanol content.
