PROJECT PROCESS
• APPROVED LOCATION AND PROJECT SCOPE
– An idea for a project is forwarded from Owner to
Planning (Architects, Engineers, etc.)
– Initial Data given is the location of the project and
the scope of the project (store to construct in that
specific area)
– Planning Architects will give initial layout for the
owner to approve.
– After approval, Planning Team will start produce
the complete set of plans.
PROJECT PROCESS
• COMPLETE PLANNING PROCEDURE
– Planning Team will produce the complete set of Plans
or the FCD Plans of the project
– This consists of the following:
• Architectural Plans (should include also ID Plans if necessary)
• Structural Plans (if necessary)
• Plumbing Plans (CWL, Sanitary)
• Mechanical Plans
• Electrical Plans
• Fire Protection Plans (Fire Sprinklers, FDAS, Fire Escape)
• Auxilliary Plans (Electronics, CCTV, Sound System)

• ISSUANCE OF FCD PLANS
– Turnover of Plans from PLANNING TO
PRODUCTION
– PRODUCTION should always check the accuracy of
the plans with respect to the project location.

COMPACT DISC OR FLASH DRIVE.
• ALL REQUIREMENTS ABOVE SHOULD BE
SEALED (WITH SIGN) IN A LONG BROWN
ENVELOPE, COMPLETE WITH LABEL. (PER SET)

• QUERIES – UP UNTIL AUG 17 2017
(THURSDAY), UNTIL 7PM
• UP SUBMISSION OF BIDS – AUG 18, , 2017
(FRIDAY), UP UNTIL 3:00PM.
• CLARIFICATION – TO BE ANNOUNCED
