A BITS BE engineer, Pawan holds an MBA from

MIT. Different work experiences from
TigerText, Layer and Twitter decorate his
professional life.

An alumnus of IIMC, Balbir Singh is a seasoned professional
with over 15 years of experience in Multinational
Companies like Infosys, Amex, MAQ Software, and EXL
Consulting. He currently Heads Technology and Operations
for Great Place to Work, India. His core areas of expertise
are in Product Conceptualizing and Management,
Operations Consulting, Tech Strategy and Consulting.

His experience comes from working across five continents

for major Tech companies in the Banking, Fin Tech and HR
Tech space. He takes a special interest in data analytics and
digital innovations, and has a deep understanding of the
latest technology offerings.

He is also a founding member of an NGO that provides

medical and education support services to the
underprivileged in Mumbai.
