Core element 2: Center of Excellence
Connecting the ‘pure software’ with the Service delivery
• Service is delivered to an
environment internally to TSI
– TSI will have to provide the
infrastructure required
• A implementation of the baseline
automation in an acceptance
environment
– Enables planning of Transition &
Transformation
– Facilitates informed decision making
– Enables early engagement of T-
Systems
– Helps to drive adoption

Benefit realization is achieved by using the automation
capabilities
Until the system is used in T-Systems customer accounts, the capability does not add value

Pricing overview
Using the Best – Max scenario as an example
“HP is willing to share the risk of the transformation labor investment provided by
HP in the first year by paying back up1) to this amount when joint objectives
(defined after due diligence phase) are not reached.
In addition HP is willing to implement a yearly KPI-based gain/loss share model.
HP is confident to significantly advance the degree of automation efficiency
within
T-Systems and to be held accountable for the proposed measurements/KPIs
linked to these objectives. In order for HP to give T-Systems the appropriate level
of confidence, the aforementioned measurements/KPIs must be mutually agreed
upon in a proper due diligence phase.”
