My Job ₋ Warehouses (3PL/4PL)
₋ We have an operational and a financial responsibility in ₋ Receive inputs from iSupplier, GIB, OTM,
our role, which is largely made up out of: Cost (efficient Snowflake, suppliers, EBS (oracle), Vision, BPA
movement and storage of goods), Service to business, ₋ Carriers
Cycle Time, Growth support, Inventory. ₋ BBA (financial services)
₋ On the operational side we need to manage our logistics ₋ Planning
suppliers with whom we fulfil a global distribution model.
CHALLENGES
₋ Finance ⁻ Maintain the right balance between the cycle time and growth capacity.
₋ On the financial side we validate invoicing, allocate costs,
provide cost outlooks and set budgets Better cycle time increases costs. A primary focus on cost leads to the
