CONCLUSION
 The several factors that occur the problem faced
by students who live off-campus:
 RENTAL PRICE - less than half of the respondent
answer disagree about the rental price and it not suitable price
especially for students.
 CONDITION AND ENVIRONMENT - Majority of
student’s answer that they have enough with equipment in
their rent house.
 SERVICES - Most agree on that the rent house should
have a complete with water and electricity and also provided
the maintenance services.
 LOCATION - Most of our respondent say that, the rent
house that they get are usually at the black area.

 SECURITY SERVICES - almost of the students


say strongly agree which means the security of rent
house provide at Kota Bharu are medium in terms of
security.

 OWNER’S BEHAVIOUR - most of the students neither


agree nor disagree that owner of the rent house is a caring
person.
RECOMMENDATIONS
RENTAL PRICE
It can be suggested that the university staff should visit the students
who live off-campus or also known as non-residents. They can visit and
look at the condition of the rent house
CONDITION AND ENVIRONMENT
It can recommended that the owner’s of the rent house should aware
the needs that the students want.
SERVICES
In terms of services, the owner should make sure that all facilities can
be provided immediately.

LOCATION

It is also recommended to the students to always remember about the


strategic location before find the rent house.
SECURITY SERVICE

It is suggested to the owner to provide the security especially for the


security level such as the safe door, guard and so on to make sure
that the students or the house safe from thief.

OWNER’S BEHAVIOUR
It is also recommended to the owner to give the students chance
o them to go out and not too much disciplines
