CONCLUSION
The several factors that occur the problem faced
by students who live off-campus:
RENTAL PRICE - less than half of the respondent
answer disagree about the rental price and it not suitable price
especially for students.
CONDITION AND ENVIRONMENT - Majority of
student’s answer that they have enough with equipment in
their rent house.
SERVICES - Most agree on that the rent house should
have a complete with water and electricity and also provided
the maintenance services.
LOCATION - Most of our respondent say that, the rent
house that they get are usually at the black area.

It is also recommended to the owner to give the students chance
o them to go out and not too much disciplines
