    • Teachers are hired at different times creating an environment


    that is not conducive to traditional face-to-face training.
    • Designed to be completely asynchronous
    • Four modules were created:
    • Introduction
    • Module 1: Building Positive Student Relationships
    • Module 2: Establishing Effective Expectations and
    Procedures
    • Module 3: Reducing Disruptive Student Behavior in the
    Classroom

    • Scenario-based questioning was used to


    transition from a simple Behaviorist approach to
    one that was ill-structured and Cognitive.
    • The training was delivered through the
    CourseSites LMS
