Discuss The Strategies For Successful Interpersonal Communication Of The World Call Telecommunication

ABSTRACT

In this report it has been defined that how a person can improve his or her interpersonal skills by adopting communication skills and by avoiding the negative factor like communication barrier. World call telecommunication ,by using of good communication ,attracts more and more customers .

COMMUNICATION
Communication is a process whereby information is enclosed in a package and is channeled and imparted by a sender to a receiver via some medium. The receiver then decodes the message and gives the sender a feedback.

Intrapersonal Interpersonal

Interpersonal

This is direct, face-to-face communication that occurs between two persons. It is essentially a dialogue or a conversation between two or more people. It is personal, direct, as well as intimate and permits maximum interaction through words and gestures

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

Direct Channel >Using direct channel means that


there is a face-to-face interaction between the sender and receiver while communicating the message

Indirect Channel > Using indirect channel means


that there is not a face-to-face interaction between the sender and receiver and a device like telephone or computer is used while communication
