In this training we detail how to locate your transactional
features via PartnerSource Business Center (PSBC).
Introduction PartnerSource components have moved to PSBC as of April
23, 2018. Remember to update your favorites and shortcuts
to reflect the change to PSBC.
Accessing My Messages from PSBC

Messages
You will now see the My Messages
dashboard when you log in to PSBC.

Accessing My To view My Messages dashboard please ensure that the partner organizations selected from the top menu and from the Viewing menu are the same.

If the partner organizations selected
from top menu and Viewing menu do
not match:
A. The My Messages dashboard will
disappear.
B. An informative message will
appear on-screen.

To access the My Messages dashboard
from PSBC:
1. Select the partner organization
name from the top menu.

2. Choose the correct partner
organization from the dropdown
menu.

3. From the Viewing menu, select the
matching partner organization.

3. From the Viewing menu, select the
matching partner organization.
4. Once the partner organizations
match in both menus, you will see
the My Messages dashboard
appear.
