SAFETY
ADVISORY
WE, at the Central Luzon - Center for
Health Development, would like to
ensure your safety throughout the
duration of this activity.

We see to it that all facility/venue for our

activities are equipped and compliant to
safety standards and regulations. For your
convenience, safety markings are
conspicuously posted; please find time to
familiarize yourself with the safety features
of this place.
2
In case of any emergency
STAY CALM and be able to act accordingly.
This is what your safety orientations and
drills are all about. Your coordinator and
facility staff should be able to assist and
guide you.
In case of fire or heavy
smoke
Follow the exit plan to move
away from the source of fire or
smoke.
When smoke becomes
unbearable:
 Stay low and crawl to any open space
– away from hot surfaces.
 Do not stay inside any closed space
(i.e. toilet, utility room); most deaths
are usually due to suffocation for
those who scampered in closed areas.
 Do not hesitate to help contain the fire
when abled and in a position to do so.
In case of an earthquake
or ground shaking:
 Do your Dock, Cover and Hold; and
follow the evacuation plan when able
to do so
 Make a full account of your
companions. While we also value your
belongings, put more priority in saving
lives.
Make known of
your medical need
or restriction
A medical kit and arrangement are part
of our preparation for this activity.

8
Safety is
everybody’s
responsibility
Be able to call an alert if you realize of
any impending danger that may cause
undue harm to others.
