 Medium – Group Instruction
A mode of college teaching where a
group of thirty-five to sixty students
are in a class.
Methods in Medium – Group Instruction

 Small Group Instruction

A mode of college teaching conducted

in groups ranging approximately five to
fifteen persons. The discussion and
seminar are two teaching and learning
activities found to be especially
compatible to achievement of objectives
in small-group instruction.
 Independent Study
is the fourth mode of college teaching,
it is a teacher-learning format that
places increased responsibility upon the
student for his own education.
