 The performance of each unit is measured through mis by means of comparison of plans and profit
center planning.
 Facilitates cost center reporting for the purpose of expenditure control and product costing
 Identifies and allocates all the common costs incurred at respective user cost centers as per the
decisions of the Head office.
 Generally it contains the following reports for the purpose of decision making:

 The company follows uniform product costing which is globally accepted.


 Its Standard Costs are estimated and released at the beginning of every quarter.
 Oscar group divides the cost of its products into 5 categories for detailed analysis. The categories are as follows:
