The main duty of a compliance officer’s
 To establish contacts and hold consultations with a view
to maintaining harmonious relations between the
management of the factory and the workers.
 Preventing unethical, illegal or conduct
 Establishing effective communication.
 Assisting and investigation and resolving any problems.
 Support and assist legal issues.

Disciplinary action:
 Follow the Govt. labor law for taking any disciplinary action
against any worker.
