The PT PRIMA WIRELESS INDONESIA REPAIR CENTRE (PWIRC) was established in late
2005, dedicated in providing quality and fast local repair services for most of telecommunication
equipment.

PWIRC is a join venture effort between a local company in Indonesia and an established repair
services provider in Malaysia, AsCi Communications (M) Sdn Bhd and McTec repair centre.
AsCi/McTec has established two well known repair center located in Klang, Malaysia and
Beijing, China.

PWIRC intend to offer local service center for the Indonesian Telecommunication Network
provider.

PWIRC boast the highly trained and experienced technical personnel offering high end repair
services which covers:

 Advance repair and replacement

 Board (Printed Circuit Board – PCB) level component repair
 Long term repair and maintenance contract.

PWIRC customize our service and support to the need of customer by

assisting customer in every step in getting their equipment and network back in
operation

PWIRC emphasize on fast, highly responsive, single point of contact problem

resolving.

24 hours or to a maximum of 1 week which this cannot be supported by the
principles.

able to solve the problem, the equipment will either be sent to Malaysia or
China, or the more capable technical expert will be invited to Indonesia.

AsCi Communications (M) Sdn Bhd has established our repair centre in Klang,
Malaysia since 2001.

Since then, AsCi has recruited 6 vastly experience telecommunication

engineers whom are capable to even design the microwave transmission
equipment.

Apart from that, AsCi has also engaged several local Malaysian engineers to
support the repair team.

Thus far AsCi has invested more than RM2,000,000.00 in test gear and
equipment alone.

modules, UPS etc for a wide range of made, including Argus,
Ericsson, Delta, Tyco, Siemens etc.

Wireless telecommunication equipment particularly microwave

* PWIRC under AsCi/McTec has a proven track record in repairing all items. There are some made of the
equipment which PWIRC never have experience in repair. PWIRC will require estimated two weeks study prior to
deciding wether the equipment can be repeaired.

Complete link for several brand of Microwave link equipment

Load bank and complete module for several type of DC power system

PWIRC will offer services to send test gear for calibration at no cost if
the test gear is sent for repair.
